I thought this would be a great video to share with SawxBlog readers since it represents two things that are important to me, baseball, and service to our country. I volunteered for over a year full-time teaching Video Production, Job Readiness computer skills, Digital Art for youth in the community, among many other things in Roxbury, MA. This was done through the Americorp CTC VISTA Project with BNN-TV and their MultiMedia Center, and it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. But you don’t even need to dedicate over a year of your time, if only you could take a few hours out of your week, month, day, whatever, it can make a world of difference to lives in our country, and even the world in a greater general sense. For example, I’ll be at Fenway Park this Saturday dedicating some time to help with the Jimmy Fund’s constant battle against cancer, it’s only for only a few hours, however I hope it will help just that little bit. We can all afford the time if we wanted, and I urge you to want, and become a better member of your community.
OK, my rants over, and it’ll be back to our regular programming soon, just thought this was important to get out.

What a great video! I love our president's true passion for sport and his appreciation for those who helped form the ideals that we have today.
