Reading over the Random Notes in my last post I decided that I may have stumbled upon a brilliant idea. A "J.D. Drew Has A Posse" craze may be all that our embattled slugger needs to get a nice kick in his rear and out of his season long slump.
If you're not familiar with the Andre the Giant has a Posse phenomenon then I suggest you cntrl + t it over to wikipedia and read up on it. In short the sticker showed up everywhere after an art student made it to study phenomenology. That was quick enough right?
I ask you loyal SawxBlog readers to spread this image all over the internet and help snap our sluggers streak. We can do this together, as the tenth man, let see what you can do. Post this in message boards, on blogs, your myspace page, wherever you can. Together we can do this.

Who's J.D. Drew? Never heard of the loser. Just let him slip into anonymity, better than wasting space on any top 10 MLB team. Trade him to the Pirates, I heard they like paying full contract value for over priced, under achieving, non performing players.

I'm not giving up on J.D. just yet...he can still turn it around, and it is a 4 year contract but that all being said, I'm looking wrong right now and you're looking right.
