Five Alive - Red Sox Lose to Angels Again, Lose Ground in AL East Too

What's cooler then cool? ICE COLD. And that's what Big Papi has been in this series. (AP Photo)
The Boston Red Sox now find their lead in the AL East down to a single hand at only five games. Am I starting to worry now you ask...Can I plead the fifth here? Of course I'm starting to get worried. Our lead was a whopping 14.5 games at one point over the Yankees and with it now down to five. You'd have to be crazy if you're not peering over your shoulder, especially with the way the AL East has been going for oh...the past DECADE.
I turned to my buddy Josh last night before our softball game (We won) and was like, "Dude, if the Yankees catch us this year I don't even know...", and I left it at that. I still think we're fine, however seeing how the Yankees have been playing lately (their competition aside) and how the Red Sox have been playing and it's a tale of two different cities.
The Yankees are literally fighting and bashing their way to wins while the Red Sox have seem to be playing some uninspired ball. Froto Pedroia and Youk played well last night but the rest of the crew not so much.
OK, so that's all I'm going to do on this post, I'll let be known I'm worried, but I'm not that worried yet. Let's hope our boys pick it up, or it'll be the Bean that's burning, and not the Bronx.
J.D. Drew's Numbers Since 08/06/07
Avg. 0.500 (3/6) -- OBP 0.500 -- RBI 0 -- BB 0 -- K's 1 -- SB 1
Not so hot in his two at bats last night, he did get good wood on the ball though. And is it coincidence that J.D. is starting in center field tonight? Or is it a Posse? You know what I think.
J.D. Drew Has A Posse.

WOOOOOOOO - Here we go Froto!!!
