Jenny

I TOTALLY agree with you about watching games on Fox and all. Drove me crazy the night we lost to the Yanks and I had to attempt to watch our game in the tiny litte corner they stuck it in... while they played the Cleveland game and we had to listen to it! Now really. If I had wanted to watch the Cleveland game I would have!

Digital-Derek

AHHHHHHHHH!

I totally forgot to write about that. That completely infuriated me. Yankee fans and Red Sox fans across the country must have been united in that sense.

Yeah that game (Indians/ChiSox) was important to both Sox & Yanks, but at the very least put the Indian game in the small box and give us the auido for our game. You could barely even tell what was going on, or how close the pitches were.

It's great to be on National TV and be in the playoff's, it's just too bad those stations (FOX/ESPN) have to do the games.

I listened to like 1/2 of the 2004 ALCS Game 6 from my porch on the radio, and heard about the A-Rod slap...that was interesting!

Tim

Red Sox fans think Tim McCarver is so anti-Boston.

Yankee fans think McCarver is so anti-Yankee.

At least we can agree on the fact that he's a fucking douche bag who makes more mistakes than Robert Downey Jr.

Joe Buck is about a cool as my asshole after diarrhea, and if I see any more tool bags bring "Rama Lama Ding Dong" signs to the ball park I'm going to drive to their house, punch them in the face and ram that sign up their TV-whoring ass!!!

Oh, and Go Yanks!

sarah

i hate boston i am a yankee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the first time I've been to a game with my Dad since the early 90's and it was just awesome, especially with everything that happened with my Mom a few weeks ago. I know she was watching the game with us and had to have been happy to see us happy.

2006 Marthon Monday

Marathon Monday (Patriots Day) is a great tradition in Boston. The Sox always start early in the a.m. and the marathon is on it's final stage right outside of Kenmore as the game lets out. This is a photo tour of our experiance, enjoy!

Chris & I represented the Red Sox and I was congratulated on the 2004 season by numerous Cubbie fans. Here you'll find 11 pics from the game.

2005 BDD Playoff Push Party

  • Bar & TV's
Boston.com and Boston Dirt Dogs had a playoff push party at Game On! in Fenway Park on September 19. The game didn't go so well as the Sox lost, however, a lot of people had a good time hanging out while getting to "meet" the trophy!

2004 World Series: Game One

  • Mounted Police
My brother Chris flew into Boston from Chicago to help me root on and pull for the Sox in the Series. We went right from Logan Airport to the Park and ended up watching the game across the street from Fenway at Bills Bar on Landsdown Street. We looked into scalping tickets but standing room only were going for $1,200 and up!This was a great and memorable day to be able to be with my brother in Boston to see the Red Sox in the World Series. This is a snap shot of two weeks of my life that provided a lot of sorrow, joy, sleep deprivation, and hangovers. Two of the best weeks of my life...
